How do I get help for a game?: When you're playing a game, underneath it is a link to "Report or Contact this game". Click on it and you'll see an option to "Contact the developer for information or help". Depending on how the game is setup, you can email them or view their help page.

Do I need a Facebook account to play?: No, a Facebook account is not required to sign up or play. However we offer Facebook login as an option to users that have Facebook accounts and wish to use those login credentials. If you don't have a Facebook account, you can still create an account refrenced to your email address.
Are my username and password case-sensitive?: Yes, if you create an account with an email address and password.
Why would I login with Facebook?: Because it's faster, and it's one less password that you have to remember.
Can I upload my own avatar?: Not yet. For now, you have to pick from our list of cool avatars that we keep adding to.
How do I unlock avatars?: Each avatar that is locked can be unlocked by reaching a certain level. For example, the High-Roller avatar is unlocked by reaching Level 2. Hover your mouse over any locked avatar to see what level it is unlocked at.
How do I level-up?: Keep playing :) Different things that you do give you points, and those points help you get to the next level. For example, accepting a request in a game gives you 1 point, and it takes 5 points to get to Level 2. Your current Level and points are always shown at the top of the page when you are logged in. (You can also LevelUp within games. For information on that please check the HELP section of the individual game.)

What are Kredits?: Kredits are the currency in GoPlay.
How can I get some?: You can always click on the 'get more' link near the Kredits at the top of the page. Also, when you try to buy something in a game, you can get more Kredits if you don't have enough.
Where can I use them?: Kredits can be used in every game on GoPlay.
If I buy Kredits in one game and I don't use them; can I move them to another game?: Once Kredits are used to purchase a specific game's currency, that currency can not be transfered back into Kredits and moved out of that game into another game. So spend wisely. ;)
Is it possible to transfer between the game Kredit wallet and a casino loyalty account?: Virtual credits (Kredits) earned during online play DO NOT transfer to casino loyalty programs and vice versa.
